AIMS

  • International Dental & Medical Journal of Advanced Research (IDMJAR) is a continuously updated dental, medical, allied health science journal and provides a global platform for publication of Original Research, Review Articles, Systematic Reviews, Meta-Analysis, Short Communications, Correspondence, Perspectives & Clinical Techniques
  • IDMJAR welcomes manuscripts in the area of medical, clinical and health sciences from academicians, health care professionals and researchers
  • IDMJAR encourages young researchers from college students to postdoctoral fellows to publish articles based on original research or review articles based on critical review of existing literature
  • The journal particularly encourages young scientists and faculty to publish novel ideas, hypothesis or critical evaluation of an existing hypothesis or a theory even if it challenges existing literature findings

SCOPE

  • IDMJAR adopts a multidisciplinary research which integrates basic medical science with clinical component will be given preference. We publish articles from diverse fields offering a unique platform for students and their faculty mentors to publish rigorous and high quality articles
  • Manuscripts are invited from all specialties of dentistry i.e., Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, Facial Esthetics, Dentofacial Orthopedics and Orthodontics, Oral medicine and Radiology, Oral Pathology & Microbiology including Forensic Odontology, Oral Surgery, Orodental Diseases, Pediatric Dentistry, Implantology, Periodontics, Public health dentistry and Prosthodontics
  • Also invites articles in the arena of Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, General Pathology, Haematology, Microbiology, Immunology, General Surgery, General Medicine, Community Medicine, Forensic Medicine & Toxicology, ENT, Paediatrics, Orthopaedics, Psychiatry, Radiology, Oncology, Dermatology and Venereal diseases, Pulmonary Medicine, Ophthalmology, Infectious Diseases, Anesthesia, Emergency medicine, Cardiology, Cancer research, Endocrinology, Urology, Cardio-Vascular-Thoracic surgery, Neurosurgery, Geriatric Medicine, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Nephrology, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Genetics, Sports Medicine and Laboratory Medicine
  • Despite the main focus of the journal is on biomedical sciences, IDMJAR will consider articles from other branches of science such as Pharmacy, Physiotherapy and Nursing
  • Primary scope of articles of interest to the journal includes but not limited to mechanism of diseases; prevention and diagnosis, therapeutic strategies, epidemiological studies and translational research
  • Articles from emerging and inter-disciplinary areas related to social sciences and humanities like Bio-ethics, legal implications of medical decisions, sociology of science will be of great interest to the journal.
